    Hi Rex,
    I have to say that every time I see your postings on S&G, I really want to read the whole thing from cover to cover. But it is not an easy journal to come by: I just checked our complete inter-library loan system and struck out.
    Its also a bit pricey, at least for a little guy like me, but I will work to try to get it. I does look like a highly valuable resource.
